Andrew Belinfante
Andrew Belinfante leads abc dynamics. He’s a strategist, educator, and community builder who has spent much of his career bringing people together around ideas worth pursuing.
Andrew Belinfante is Senior Director of Programs and Organizational Development at JDC Entwine, where he leads organizational strategy, develops programs, and works with Jewish communities around the world. He also served as Co-Interim Executive Director, overseeing operations, fundraising, and organizational leadership alongside his colleagues.
Andrew’s work is informed by his experiences growing up with type 1 diabetes and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, both of which shaped his commitment to making communities more welcoming and accessible. He writes and speaks about identity, belonging, and Jewish life, with work published in Tablet and HuffPost. His ELI Talk, Reconciling My Body With Tradition, has been viewed more than 25,000 times.
He chairs the board of Jewish Queer Youth, serves on the board of You’re Just My Type, and holds an MSEd from Bank Street College of Education. Outside of work, he’s a runner, a baker, and someone who rarely passes up an opportunity to learn something new.
